Life Management Systems is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) originally founded in 1986 as an initiative of the Franciscan Health System of Cincinnati, Ohio. They are now part of HealthSpan, the leading provider-owned and independent network of hospitals, physicians and ancillary services in the Tri-state area. In 2010, Life Management Systems and HealthSpan welcomed the ownership of Catholic Health Partners.

Life Management Systems currently serves more than 165 area companies and provides full-service, external, EAP services to more than 70,000 employees and their families. They believe in providing quality, cost-effective services and remain locally owned and operated.
