Weekly Weigh-In
When life becomes more chaotic, especially during the holidays, weighing-in every week tends to become less of a priority for many members. The weekly weigh-in plays a vital role in your success as it helps keep track of your progress and allows you to receive motivation, support and guidance for the week ahead. Stop in for your weekly weigh-in with a qualified Wellness Coach who will help guide you in the right direction and pin-point areas to improve. No appointment necessary!
Weekly Weight-In times:

Monday – Wednesday 5:30am – 1:00pm, 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Thursday - Friday 5:30am – 1:00pm, 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm
