beWell CNS - FREE for Members
This Central Nervous System focused class is a light muscle strengthening class designed for individuals with MS, Fibromyalgia, Stroke, Parkinson’s or other similar conditions. Concentration will be given to proper range of motion without pain. Strengthening exercises will focus on keeping the body in proper alignment to enhance daily living. Light resistance bands and light hand weights will be used to keep your body strong and healthy.
Sit, Stretch & Strengthen - Free for Members
A gentle class designed to keep joints moving through light stretching that is performed seated or with the support of a chair. Enhances daily living by keeping bones/muscles strong and improving range of motion and stability. Promotes movement, fun and a great social environment.
Zumba Gold®
Tuesdays at 10:30am with Julie

This course is geared toward true beginners or active older adults. Zumba Gold combines exciting music with unique Latin style moves and combinations to energize your muscles and increase your liveliness. FUN AND EASY TO DO!

Tabata Camp - Wednesdays at 5:30pm
Tabata interval training is the single most effective type of high intensity training. It is also the most intense by far and surprisingly the shortest in duration. This class is sure to produce remarkable results FAST!

Pilates Reformer Group Classes
Change the Shape You're In with Pilates Reformer - The Pilates Reformer machine uses resistance and assistance at the same time. Reformer allows you to work in several planes of motion with a full range at each joint. This type of training can change the shape of your body because you work every range of motion of every muscle group while maintaining core control.

Personalized Training on the Pilates Reformer
Since the Pilates Reformer is like nothing you've done in the gym, you may be looking for some personalized training with the Reformer. One-on-one session are the fastest way to identify and target your health and fitness goals. Our instructors will help you with goal assessment, program design and active progressions to help you reach your goal safely and effectively.
Single session: $70

30-Minute Pilates Reformer Stretch
Start to feel your body in a completely new way when you regain your flexibility. This 30-minute, stretch session is one-on-one, delivered by our trainer Pilates Reformer professionals. No worries here, most of the work is done by your trainer so you can relax and enjoy the experience. The entire session is done exclusively in our Pilates Reformer studio on the Cadillac/Trapeze table.

Prenatal Pilates Training
Expectant Moms love Pilates! We will be hosting prenatal Pilates consultations. Reserve your spot now to experience how wonderful Pilates can be for you and your soon-to-be! Prenatal Pilates is designed to promote good posture and spinal alignment, easing the strain and tensions involved with a changing body during pregnancy. Participants will learn to improve awareness of their bodies creating "conscientious" movement that will extend beyond the workout.
Private sessions will teach the principles developed by Joseph Pilates, with proper modifications to accommodate all stages of pregnancy and levels of fitness. Private sessions are always available to suit your specific needs and time restrictions.Contact the Service Desk for more info.
Reformer, Yoga, and You
Enjoy the many different sun salutations infused with Pilates Reformer core exercises performed on the Allegro Reformer. Conclude your session with a mini-Pranassage® where your trainer performs body adjustments on you. Sessions always begin the first Tuesday of every month and go for four weeks. Sessions are offered Tuesday afternoons and evenings.

Pranassage® Training
Pranassage combines yoga, meditation and massage to create the ultimate experience. Join Rebecca Parker, a certified Pranassage® practitioner from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, for this unique mind/body experience. Pranassage helps you feel completely aligned, flexible, strong and balanced by expanding your awareness of your body from the inside out. This one-on-one 60-minute session is a creative synthesis of yoga and bodywork that produces deep relaxation. Sessions are performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor. No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Boxing for Kicks Training
Whether you are trying to lose weight, breakthrough "exercise plateaus" or tone up and boost your self-confidence, Boxing for Kicks is the answer. Young and old, men, women and teens can all benefit from this incredible workout. It can be tailored to any skill, so all fitness levels are welcome. Sessions held every Tuesday at 6pm and 7pm.
Cost for 4-Week Session: $42 for Members
Champion Spin Training
Meeting individually with a certified Spinning instructor, who is also a certified personal trainer, to give you the tools necessary to find the champion within! Individual sessions are customized to your liking with either Reggie Love or Jim Nugent.
Both private and group sessions are welcome. You have the option to work one-on-one with an instructor or get a group together. Contact your group fitness manager.
