We offer a wide variety of programs to help increase your fitness level as well as programs that teach you new, lifelong skills such as our Learn-To-Swim Program.

Aquatic Personal Training
From the post-rehab patient to the elite athlete, Aquatic Personal Training is your new way to conquer your personal fitness challenges. Experience functional and sports-specific training in every angle, plan or speed imaginable! This equipment-enhanced session will allow you to assess your goals with a certified personal trainer in one of the top aquatic fitness centers in the world as recognized by the Aquatic Exercise Association in 2003. AquaStretch™
AquaStretch™ is a groundbreaking technique that has clinically proven results in rehabilitation and athletic performance. AquaStretch™ restores mobility, decreases pain, increases training efficiency and sports performance, and enhances a general well being for a wide variety of people.
AquaStretch™ is an aquatic form of myo-fascial release. Using weighted resistance in Shallow water, the body is dynamically stretched in ways virtually impossible on land. It differs firm other forms of fascial work because the Client is encouraged to move intuitively while the facilitator follows and accentuates the Clients movement.
FEEL the immediate freedom of movement. AquaStretch™ has been shown to restore flexibility lost from a sedentary lifestyle, previous injury or surgery, repetitive strain or improper healing.

Small Group Classes
Breast Cancer Recovery
This small group class uses gentle aquatic exercises, self lymphatic drainage massage and deep breathing techniques to restore functional range of motion, maintain and enhance muscular strength and endurance, reduce the effects of breast cancer radiation lymphedema and manage stress to create a better sense of well-being.

Chronic Pain Class
Non-impact Aquatic exercises to promote muscle relaxation and enhance the relief of pain by increasing the level of serotonin and growth hormone that people with chronic pain may lack. It will help to increase blood flow to the muscles, boost the immune system to fight foreign cells in the body and keep joints healthy.

Boot Camp
Aqua Boot Camp combines calisthenics, cardiovascular conditioning and core and muscle strength for an AWESOME calorie burning class! Using the unique buoyancy, resistance and movement of water, Aqua Boot Camp offers a challenging workout that pushes individuals to work at their individual pace!

HydroTone
Resistance without the impact. If your regular "land" workout is causing pain, then try including HydroTone in your workout routine for better, well-rounded training. Specially designed equipment is used to maximize resistance in all dimensions of movement without impact. Professional athletes, including the Dallas Cowboys, recognize the benefit of HydroTone and so will you. The equipment is now available anytime to current session participants. Taught by a certified aquatic personal trainer, the class is limited to eight participants.

Aqua Pilates
Aqua Pilates is designed to condition the entire body, which helps increase flexibility, core strength, balance and stability. The exercises created help achieve maximum movement and assist in maintaining correct body alignment.

NEW! Aqua Fit
This fun, no-impact total workout is design to improve cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and overall fitness. This high-energy water workout challenges you to obtain your fitness goals as you as you progress through cardio, core, plyometrics and strengthening exercises followed by stretching at the end of class.
Sundays, 11am-12pm with Karen ($45M, $60NM)
NEW! Aqua Band Camp
This half-hour class uses the resistance of the water along with aqua barbells and aqua bands to fully work your upper body.

Hydrorider
Have you every tried spinning....in the water? Hydrorider is perfect for all fitness levels, from post-rehab to the most accomplished athlete. Morning and evening classes are available. See the aquatic fitness schedule for days and times. Space is limited, reserve your bike at the Service Desk or call 682-1212. Free for Members!

Prenatal Water Aerobics
Aquatic prenatal exercise offers fitness for two! It's the ideal exercise program for the mom-to-be. This class can help you lessen your labor time, prepare your newborn for the stress of labor and delivery and get you back to your pre-pregnancy weight quicker. An added bonus is the fun of socializing with other expectant moms. A physician's consent form is required before attending the first class. Must register each month at the Service Desk or call 682-1212. Water shoes recommended. Free for Members!

Kayak Rolling
Brush up on your kayak rolling skills or just enjoy kayaking indoors during the long winter months. This is an open session for members and nonmembers.
