Personal Trainer Levels are determined by four main criteria:

College Degrees - Associates, Bachelors, Masters, PhD

Certifications from third party accredited organizations (ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA & NSCA)

Experience - documented years in the fitness profession providing instruction

Skill Set Specializations- ACL Prevention, Sports Performance Training, Weight Management, Youth, Seniors, Prenatal, Bodybuilding, Flexibility, Low Back Pain Solutions, Cardiovascular Training for Fitness & Performance, Corrective Strategies for Forward Head & Shoulder Posture, etc…
