Ballet Barre

Ballet-inspired workouts are a great way to develop lean muscle mass while improving your balance, flexibility and range of motion.  Utilizing the technical foundations of classical ballet, “Ballet Barre” class is set to up-beat, popular music and moves through a series of typical ballet class barre exercises with an emphasis on proper balletic form and alignment so as to maximize the benefits of creating a “dancer physique.”  No prior dance experience is necessary!

Cost: $90 Members, $110 Non Members

About the Instructor – Amy Harold
Amy Harold began her dance training at the age of six and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia where she earned her BS in Dance Education and was a charter member of the University Ballet Ensemble. Upon graduation, she began dancing with Ballethnic Dance Company in Atlanta, GA, and is subsequently a Guest Artist in Residence with the company.  Ms. Harold is a principal dancer and instructor for de la Dance Company here in Cincinnati, and also serves as a permanent substitute instructor at the School for Creative and Performing Arts.

WellPath: Monitored Exercise Program

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8 - 11am
WellPATH is an instructor-monitored exercise program for post cardiac/respiratory patients, diabetic patients or anyone who needs monitored exercise.

Cost: FREE for Members, $8 per Visit (purchase in packs of 4, 8 or 12 at the Service Desk)
